Logging a set now says a lot more. Here's what changed and how to use it โ with examples that move on their own.
In routines each exercise can have a range instead of a fixed number: e.g. 6-8. When you log the set, the app tells you right away how to adjust the load.
For rest-pause: write the mini-sets separated by a dash, e.g. 6-5-4-6. The app sums the total in real time โ here 21.
Add warm-up sets (preset in the routine or on the fly with the ๐ฅ button). They stay visible, but don't count toward your records, volume or progression.
Link two exercises with just 30 or 45 seconds of rest. One tap on the โก button and the Aura Clock starts already set to the short rest.
Feel like doing an extra exercise? Tap + Extra exercise, log it like the others, and at the end the app asks if you want to add it permanently to the routine.
When you create or edit a routine, you reorder exercises by dragging them with the โ ฟ handle. During creation you no longer enter the weight: you set that during the workout.
Connect Telegram (Matrix โ Calendar โ Bot) and send a photo of your plate: the AI estimates calories and macros and saves them to your Meals.
Every completed workout feeds your records and progression. In History you see the last 5 workouts, with "see more" when you need to go further back.
The app detects new PRs on its own (warm-up sets excluded).
Above each exercise you see what you did last time, to aim for +1.
The load moved, calculated automatically each session.
