When to add weight, decided for you

In routines each exercise can have a range instead of a fixed number: e.g. 6-8. When you log the set, the app tells you right away how to adjust the load.

Mini-sets to the number, summed automatically

For rest-pause: write the mini-sets separated by a dash, e.g. 6-5-4-6. The app sums the total in real time โ€” here 21.

Next time just do +1 rep in each mini-set to progress: the app always shows you the previous total.

Warm-up sets don't skew your numbers

Add warm-up sets (preset in the routine or on the fly with the ๐Ÿ”ฅ button). They stay visible, but don't count toward your records, volume or progression.

You recognize them by the ๐Ÿ”ฅ and the dimmed color. Only working sets count.

Drag, no more arrows

When you create or edit a routine, you reorder exercises by dragging them with the โ ฟ handle. During creation you no longer enter the weight: you set that during the workout.

Works with your finger on phone and the mouse on desktop.

Log a meal with a photo

Connect Telegram (Matrix โ†’ Calendar โ†’ Bot) and send a photo of your plate: the AI estimates calories and macros and saves them to your Meals.
